Copy FieldOps / EFT blocks into this lab account, or pull John Deere, DJI Agriculture (DGI), Talos, Cropwise, Trimble, FieldView, DigiFarm, EA Vision. Send as-applied maps back to John Deere and other US FMIS tools. Destinations in CN vendor space are refused.
Export this week’s run as an ICS file for any calendar app, or connect Google Calendar to push jobs and show busy conflicts on the week grid. FieldOps stays the source of truth — external edits do not change job cards.

Push a logged job’s coverage back to John Deere, Cropwise, Trimble, or FieldView. If the partner API is locked, download a shapefile zip and upload it in that product. DJI, Talos, and other CN dests are refused.
Post-job work. Flight time, location, aircraft, acres, and tracks fill in from FieldOps. Pick the chemical from the aerial catalog (or a tenant custom). Send the as-applied map back to John Deere, Cropwise, Trimble, or FieldView — or download a shapefile. Jobs need application settings before they can be reported.
Tap a date for the start, then a second date for the end. Tap the same day twice for a one-day range. Blue dots mark days with spray flights still unreported.
Choose what to pack with a PDF and how you hand off to agencies. Many state agriculture departments accept email or web portals; FAA Part 137 reporting is typically separate from pesticide-use records. Confirm with your state chemigation / pesticide program.

PIC flies the job. GND is driver / ground helper. Admin and mapper see every field; PIC and GND only see assigned jobs. Tap a scheduled row’s avatar chips to set the crew.
Drivers and GND can share this phone’s GPS so the crew map plots the truck. Needs location permission. Fixes go stale after 90 seconds. Off until you opt in — GND seats default on.
Cache alerts use FCC 4G LTE at the field. Starlink turns those alerts off.
Display units for FieldOps. Values stay metric when syncing with the GCS.
Defaults for the day run. Base pack → Drive → Setup → Job → Shutdown → Drive home → Unpack. Editing clocks on Schedule cascades the rest of the day.
Packing / unpacking are at home base on the Itinerary. Per-day edits on the run override these defaults for that day only.
GCS can later write measured setup / job / shutdown minutes per booking; FieldOps will re-cascade the day and flash updated chips (phones, and later email/SMS).

Drawn as their own map layer, separate from FAA Class B/C/D. Warn-only — not a clearance. Default blanket radii are 5 NM towered, 3 NM published instrument / no tower, 2 NM other airports and heliports. Set a class to 0 NM to hide it. AviationWeather often lacks IAP flags, so untowered fields use the other radius — raise it to 3 NM if your waiver treats them as instrument sites. Manned ADS-B within 10 NM of a drone gets a pointer; “no factor” if the closest-point intercept stays outside the well-clear cylinder below.
Closest-point intercept vs manned traffic uses this COA analog (default 2000 ft horizontal / 500 ft vertical). Warn-only — not a clearance or traffic advisory.
Hospital helipads and other sites that do not show up as weather stations. Place on the map, then Add.
Cloud queues the flight mask 24 hours before a scheduled day. The GCS only needs power and Wi-Fi — it polls this account and downloads when a job is due. Auto-download is an account setting.
Each controller has a serial. Give it a nickname such as Elevon 1 or N123EA. Non-admins can opt out of auto-download only when the account mode is Default on.
Start of the day drive and field-distance sort. Type an address (Google Places when configured) or drop a pin. Saved on the server and shared across devices — company-wide when you are not on a team, or team-wide when you are (admins can set either or both).
Gas, lunch, product pickup. Add from Schedule with + between stops. Category places appear on the route before you confirm.
Add to Home Screen from Safari over HTTPS. Lab TLS is self-signed — trust this host on the phone first. Location: Settings → Safari → Location → Ask (or Settings → Elevon FieldOps → Location if it is on the Home Screen).
Google / Microsoft enable when this lab has OAuth client ids.
Lab · not prod. GCS password still works. Google or a FieldOps username skips email verification when the provider already verified it.
